Agency Commissions
All prices quoted by Marco Polo Travels are commissionable to bonafide travel agents and tour operators. Wholesale prices are also available. Please refer to our price sheet for more details.

Alteration of Itineraries
All our programs are designed to provide maximum client satisfaction. Marco Polo Travels reserves the right to alter itineraries as it sees fit in order to enhance the guest experience. No pleas for reimbursement of package costs will be entertained.

Cancellations & No-shows
For cancellations coming in 7 days before the commencement of trip 50% of the total tour price will be forfeited and the remaining amount refunded. The same policy applies for no-shows unless the clients take the same program at a later date no later than 30 days' from the previous booking.

Complimentary Policy
For all tour / land arrangements in Nepal (unless otherwise stated) Marco Polo will provide you with one person complimentary on tour plan for every 15 paying guests in a tour. A 50% discount on tour plan, except on airfares, will be accorded to one person for group size of minimum 10 full paying persons but less than 15 persons.

Credit Policy
Tour Operators and Travel Agents interested in getting credit facility from Marco Polo should make an application which shall be reviewed and the decision duly intimated to the applicant. Credit Application Form with terms and conditions clearly stipulated is available with Marco Polo Travels.

Group Definition
A group is defined as a party of 15 or more persons travelling together booked collectively at one time for the same period taking the same tour and land arrangements.

Insurance
Insurance of any nature is not covered in the prices quoted by Marco Polo Travels. Travellers are booking tours at their own personal risk.

Responsibility
All tour and land arrangements which may be guaranteed are subject to Marco Polo's inability to provide the same as a result of acts of God, acts of governments or such authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays in construction or completion of hotel or facilities or as a result of any other causes beyond Marco Polo's control. Marco Polo Travels Nepal shall incur no liability to provide any services confirmed if such inability is due to any of the causes fisted above and no refund shall be made on the part or full payments received by us. In our Tibet and Bhutan programs there shall be no refund in the event of flight schedule changes, delays or cancellations causes shortened trips.

Reservations
Reservation of tours should be made minimum forty five days in advance and accompanied by 10% of tour costs unless otherwise agreed. Authentic name-lists along with the full tour cost should be supplied one month before group arrival to ensure availability of products and services booked.

Tour/ Land Costs
Tour/Land cost includes accommodations, breakfasts, services of guides, porters, transfers, sightseeing tours, permits and entrance fees as specified in our itineraries.
